#SHEWALKS3 – Zambia Group Walk!
For the first time since the launch of our #SHEWALKS annual event, a group of eleven passionate individuals in Zambia came together, and completed their walk in the Kabwe district on Wednesday this week. Whilst walking, they managed to meet people who were very interested in learning more about our S.H.E Programme, which was fantastic!

To support our annual #SHEWALKS3 fundraiser, a few employees from Catalyst Care Group along with their families and furry friends, completed their walk at Snuff Mills Park, in Bristol, United Kingdom.
#SHEWALKS3 – Zimbabwe Group Walk!
Towards the end of April, a large group of passionate individuals in Zimbabwe came together and completed their S.H.E Walk in style.
Our beneficiaries are back at school – Term 2 2023!
It was all smiles and laughter today with all of our beneficiaries back at school for the start of Term 2 of their academic calendar. Hearing about what they all got up to during their school holidays was very interesting, but seeing all of our S.H.E girls after so long was the icing on the cake. Below are some of the highlights from today.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
Talking about mental health can help improve our communities, by making it more acceptable for those suffering from mental illnesses to seek help, learn to cope, and get on the road to recovery. In addition to this, mental health is not just about mental illnesses, but it is also about maintaining a positive state of wellbeing overall.

Catalyst Care Group: Compliance Team’s ‘Cake Sale’ Fundraiser
On Thursday 4th May, Catalyst Care Group’s Compliance Team held a ‘Cake Sale’ Fundraiser at Olive Jobs in Skopje, Macedonia , where they raised an incredible £166.00. All funds raised from this event will be going towards supporting our S.H.E Programme.

Cathryn Bouaouina and her family recently completed their S.H.E. walk around Albert Village Lake in Derbyshire, in support of Catalyst Foundation’s S.H.E. Programme.
