Mount Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales, at an elevation of 1,085 metres above sea level, and is the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish Highlands.
Patricia has her eyes set on conquering the great Mount Snowdon in July this year, to raise funds for the Catalyst Foundation – S.H.E Programme.
