Shingirai currently resides in Harare, Zimbabwe and is married to his beautiful wife, with whom he has one son with. Shingirai joined the S.H.E Team in 2022, and he has a Diploma in Agriculture, a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work.

The best part of my job is knowing that I am making a difference in our beneficiaries’ lives, and it feels very special to help them turn their dreams into a reality – it is something I will never take for granted. The beneficiaries who are part of the S.H.E Programme and their goals come first, and I will do everything that I can to ensure these goals are achieved. There is nothing better than seeing the look on our beneficiaries’ faces when they realise their dreams are possible and they commit to the journey with myself and the Programme as a whole.
Looking into Catalyst Foundation’s future, I’m excited about the prospective global footprint the Programme can have. We are poised to impact nations and change vulnerable girls‘ lives in Africa and beyond.
