Who we are

Catalyst Foundation strives to transform individuals from vulnerable to empowered by offering tailored, holistic support plans to those in desperate need of our assistance.

The Foundation is an independent charity that was established in 2021 and is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (Registered Charity Number: 1193385).

The support that we offer involves:

Understanding the barriers preventing the vulnerable individuals that we work with from reaching their full potential.

Tailoring our support plans to each selected individual’s specific needs, to ensure that all barriers experienced before joining the Catalyst Foundation have been removed.
