Rank Zimbabwe is the largest stationery manufacturer and distributor in Zimbabwe. They have a range of over 750 products from books, pencils, bond paper, maths sets, calculators, pens, markers, files as well as office furniture and equipment which includes desks, chairs, shredders, and whiteboards. Most of Rank’s products are under their 3 in-house brands – MERIT, KIAN, and LOTUS.
Over the years, Rank has formed long-standing relationships with nearly all primary and secondary educational institutions in Zimbabwe, and have organised several donation drives – providing schools with essential educational supplies, and sponsoring prizes and awards.
Every school Term, Rank Zimbabwe will providing all forty (40) of our Zimbabwean beneficiaries’ stationery supplies. Since establishing this partnership, the impact created has been incredible, and we are proud to share this with you!
For many of our beneficiaries, before joining the S.H.E Programme, owning a pen, pencil, or a ruler was only a dream, as their families were unable to purchase these basic items for them to use, due to the poverty experienced. As a result, this had hindered our beneficiaries’ academic progress as they were unable to write out their homework or participate in class, to name a few challenges.
Now that this barrier has been removed, due to Rank Zimbabwe’s generosity, our beneficiaries now receive their very own set of stationery supplies every term which has allowed them to be more hands on with their school work, resulting in the majority of them achieving fantastic examination results at the end of Term 1 this year.
